Priority Title Group (“Priority Title,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our websites, portals, forms, SMS/text messaging, email communications, and title/settlement services (“Services”).
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
1) Scope
We collect information on our websites and landing pages, via phone/email/SMS and online forms, and during title, escrow, and settlement transactions.
2) Information We Collect
Identifiers (name, address, email, phone, IP/device); professional/transaction info (property, contract, lender/agent, closing details); financial info (wire/payoff data when needed); internet activity (pages, timestamps, approximate location); and communications (emails, calls, SMS you send us).
3) How We Use Information
To provide title/escrow/settlement services; communicate about your file; authenticate users; prevent fraud; maintain security; operate/analyze/improve our websites; and comply with law.
4) SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program: With your consent, we send SMS about scheduling, file status, document reminders, verification, security alerts, and support.
Consent: By providing your number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Frequency & Fees: Message frequency varies. Msg&Data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to end. You will receive a final confirmation message. You can also email orders@prioritytitlegroup.com or call (615) 624-7414.

Carrier: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission for the number used.
Required Language: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5) How We Share Information
With transaction parties (lenders, real estate agents, insurers, underwriters, notaries) to complete closings; with service providers under confidentiality; and for legal/compliance purposes. We do not sell personal information.
6) Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar tech. You can control cookies in your browser. “Do Not Track” may not be recognized.
7) Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method is 100% secure.
8) Data Retention
We retain information as needed for Services, legal/regulatory requirements, disputes, and enforcement.
9) Your Choices & Rights
Update/correct info by contacting us. Opt out of SMS by replying STOP; opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links. State privacy rights may apply (access, deletion, correction, portability).
10) State Notices (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA)
Submit requests to orders@prioritytitlegroup.com. We will verify and respond as required by law.
11) Children’s Privacy
Not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data.
12) Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
13) Changes
We may update this Policy; the Effective date shows the latest version.
